The Dome Restaurant

Buen día. Ayer no fue nuestro primer viaje al Domo. Es un lugar pintoresco y tranquilo, además la comida y el servicio son excelentes.

Tuve el Gallo Pinto con Carne. Este es, con diferencia, el Gallo Pinto más fresco y sabroso que he comido en Costa Rica.

Mi plato consistía en
Se agrega una porción grande de plátanos salteados Gallo Pinto (8 oz), 3 oz de taza de fruta, aguacate en rodajas y tocino. Todo por 4 millones.
Y el café calentado con leche. Gran elección.

Yo diría: "¡¡¡Corre, no camines!"

Hemos regresado al Domo un año más visitando Uvita, especialmente para el desayuno/almuerzo. Los huevos son muy frescos y la calidad del tocino también es buena. ¡Las patatas fritas son deliciosas y el café estaba delicioso como siempre! Es un pequeño lugar a la sombra y los ventiladores funcionan muy bien en un día caluroso. El personal es muy agradable y servicial.

Excelente comida, excelente servicio! Anna estuvo sola hoy sirviendo, recibiendo pagos y preparando bebidas. ¡Le estaba yendo excelente! La comida y los huevos Benedict eran geniales. ¡Definitivamente vale la pena una visita!

Stopped here on my way to the waterfalls. I had the Gallo pinto con Carne. I have had this breakfast dish many places in Costa Rica and I have to say this is THE BEST I have had. The flavors in the Carne were amazing, the rice and beans were perfect! I always have to ad salt, but not here. The meat was super tender and rice and beans cooked perfect! Also came with a fruit bowl with very fresh fruit! The chef was a women and I had to compliment her because she was amazing! My server knew good English and was very nice! The place is super cute and has a great vibe! I will definitely be back before I leave! This place is a must try!

Hands-down my morning go to for the amazing loving energy of the staff. The food is beautiful and the coffee flavor.

I tried breakfast and Lunch and the experince was great. The taste and quality are super. This is a good place to stop in the Uvita center. You must visit at least one time in your stay.

If I could give negative stars I would. Slowest food service in Costa Rica that I have experienced. To start with, coffee took more than 20 minutes to arrive and was already cold. Then, over an hour of wait for extremely small portions. The platanos maduros didn’t even look ready, and eggs weren’t even seasoned. Not too mentioned the fish wasn’t fresh and tasted poorly. I will not return.

Wir haben The Dome durch Zufall gefunden und waren sehr erfreut. Die Portionen waren sehr groß und sehr lecker. Man konnte beim kochen zusehen. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich und kommunikativ. Das Restaurant war gut besucht und das Preisleistungs Verständnis ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir kommen wieder.

The cafe is really good. The service is friendly and efficient and the meals are good. A pleasant place for coffee and day time meals. The atmosphere is sophisticated

The eggs benedict for breakfast is delicious and they poach the eggs perfectly every time. I usually get the chicken burger for lunch which is also great. Prices are good and Ana is very friendly!

Había un olor cerca de donde nos sentamos que se sentía Incomodo, pedimos desayuno y fue normal.

Really great food and atmosphere- the staff is always friendly. I recommend the BLT. Also a really great breakfast spot.

The place needs an update but the three ladies the food and the "piñas coladas" are the best. It's nice to see people engaged in their jobs as much as them.

Wonderful food and service. Any was so sweet and helpful with the menu. They have vegetarian and vegan options that were better than most places around. They have burritos, burgers, smoothies, and their coffee was amazing! We will definitely be back.

Good place for a quick bite of food especially if your driving around the area. Their burgers and fries was good and filling. Good service.

The Dome is a nice place to grab a bite. Quick and friendly service. Good prices. I like their salads and sandwiches, personally. It's nice to sit compeltety outside and enjoy the weather.

Decent food and drinks, and prices are average for the area.

Service was okay - it was slow to get food and drink, so if you are looking for a quick bite, just expect to be there for a least an hour or longer. Not very much a "drive thru".

Perfect strawberry margarita! The shrimp flat bread and hamburgers are great! People are friendly

Delicious food and drinks. Really like the shrimp pizza and strawberry margarita. And the waitresses are super sweet.

Amazing food. Makes you feel like you are in the States! Highly recommended. Try their jerk chicken. Really good spearmint lemonade too.
