Los Almendros

I looked forward to eating here for more than a year, and it did not disappoint. The food is delicious, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it!

THIS PLACE IS A MUST TRY! Our airbnb host recommended it to us and out of the 7 days we were in town 6 of those days we had a meal at that restaurant. We tried several things and everything was cooked to perfection! Truly one of the best restaurants we have ever tried. Our favourite was the tuna bowl special they had but literally everything was so delicious. Drinks are so good too, and service was also great every time we were there. Definitly a must try when you're around town!

Just happened across this place. It's not too far off the main road and there is a small parking lot across the street to park. The food was fresh and delicious. Everything is labeled gluten free and or vegetarian which is a plus. Food came out quickly and was priced decently. We ordered the Chicken Thai, Burger and fries and tacos. Everyone loved their meals. It was dead when we were there for lunch but they said dinner they are slammed.

Nothing special. Expensive. Small dishes.

My husband and I spent 3 months in Esterillos Oeste and this restaurant was one of the HIGHLIGHTS of our stay! We never had one bad meal here, and the service was amazing. The staff all the way up to their wonderful owner provided us some of our most memorable experiences while staying in Costa Rica! If you find yourself in this beautiful town, you must eat here and I would definitely recommend the Poke bowl. And the fish & chips. And every other dish on the menu! They also have an awesome selection of beer and wine.

Great find a few minutes away from the beach. Wonderful ambiance, delicious food (make sure you try homemade salsas) and incredible New York level cocktails! Will be coming back on our next visits

J'y suis allée 3 fois pendant mon séjour à Esterillos (deux fois sur place et une fois à emporter). Ça n'a jamais été une déception. Le restaurant tient sa réputation. Les plats sont excellents, frais. Je vous conseille les cocktails aussi. Service au top!

, agradable lugar, buena música, meseros disponibles, buen parqueo, lugar acogedor, postres deliciosos, definitivamente cualquier amigo que lleves saldrá encantado, el buen gusto de la tendencia Tahi y los ingredientes ticos deleitarán al gusto más exigente, felicitaciones espero visitarles lo más pronto posible!

This place is a real gem. Nice decor, kind staff, great cocktails and food to die for. The ripe plantain appetizer was amazing! We tried many different dishes and they all were delicious and nicely served. Thank you for this experience!

The patacones here are great. A very local type eatery. It does get a little hot in parts of the dining room, despite the multiple fans running. But the food is good and there is a good selection of different dishes.

Personal muy atento y amable.

Très bon repas avec du fait maison savoureux, un service au top, de bonnes bières (dont une à l'hibiscus.mmmmmm!) et des prix bas.
Une excellente adresse où nous retournerons dès que possible!

El sabor de la comida estuvo muy rica, la atención de calidad. Lo recomiendo. Y la verdad los precios son muy accesibles para lo rico que se come, la ración que sirven y la atención.

Außerordentlich lecker! Rice and beans karibischer Art sind der Hammer! Sehr schöne Einrichtung. Preis angemessen hoch, Service kommt oben drauf. Karte ist zweisprachig englisch und spanisch.

This place is a must for dining in Esterillos Oeste. Great atmosphere and all the staff are friendly. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Cream cheese wontons are a must and all their food and specials are delicious. Don’t forget the sangria!

The 5 star reviews are no joke! The food here is epic. We had the wontons and plantain appetizers + tuna poke and shrimp tacos. Everything was Devine but most especially the shrimp tacos- they will blow your mind! This restaurant is a must do if you’re in the Esterillos Este area

I been in costa rica for almost a month this is the best restaurant by far, everything was excellent and the staff are very friendly, definitely coming back before our departure for some shimp tacos!

From the CR microbrewed beer to the carib hummous to the coconut shrimp & the tuna poke bowl, everyone at our table give 5 stars to Los Almendros! Great pricing + safe parking too!
