They handled paying my bills and real estate taxes, and even some government regulatory issues while they found and managed the rentals. They are highly professional and responsive. They sent out monthly statements that were clear, and answered any questions promptly. They also sold the condo for me. Once they took over and advertised, it sold quickly at a good price. They managed the payment and legal issues so that the closing went smoothly. They are great people, a pleasure to work with.
