Como se muestra en la imagen. Como fue prometido. La piscina es genial. Playa sobre la valla. Grandes condominios.

Llegamos a las 4pm y la habitación no estaba lista, 1 hora duraron y cuando entramos el aire no funcionaba y estaba más caliente la habitación que afuera.por suerte para las 6: 30 ya habían resuelto el desperfecto.

El señor que vigila es simplemente inaguantable.constantemente llegaba a hablar y hacer preguntas personales y hasta insinuó que veniamos varios para que fuera más barato.
El segundo día se inventó reglas de la piscina y nos amenazaba constantemente con multas de la administración si no hacíamos lo que él quería.

Los cuartos son soñados, una belleza!

Departamentos lujosos lejos del ruido, lugar tranquilo y de fácil acceso, muy cerca del centro de jacob en caso de querer salir a divertirse o almorzar, cenar etc

Excelente ubicación, muy tranquilo y sumamente cómodo. La única observación es el mantenimiento a las habitaciones. Las partes metálicas con oxido debido a la proximidad con el mar

Absolutamente hermoso lugar en la playa. El baño de 3 dormitorios y 2 era perfecto para 5 personas. A solo un paseo de la playa.incluso pudimos ver un cocodrilo subir a la playa

Una estancia super bonita! El lugar muy limpio, con seguridad, ocupas registrarte y te dan un brazalete, las áreas comunes, albercas muy bien cuidadas.

Diferentes albercas para peques y adultos, nos tocó temporada baja asi que fue super agusto!

Acceso a la playa, buena zona para caminar, hay caballos que puedes rentar y tuvimos la suerte de ver Osos Perezosos pasando el estero.

Es un lugar agradable, muy caro para la ubicación, la playa es basura, la piscina es como agua de baño tibia.

Si no te gusta salir de tu habitación, este es un gran lugar, si te gusta la aventura y sientes que te pueden apuñalar caminando de la ciudad de ida y vuelta a este lugar, definitivamente no vale la pena.

Kinda a nice place, super overpriced for the location, the beach is trash, the pool is like warm bathwater.

If you don't like leaving your room this is a great place, if you like to adventure and feel like you might get stabbed walking from town back and forth to this place, its definitely not worth it.

Un condominio que tiene presencia, es hermoso y con una gran piscina frente al mar. Sus habitaciones son espléndidas. La ubicación es excelente para disfrutar la playa y a Jaco.

Lovely apartment and great location but … the guards are far too officious which spoilt our time. First off you are expected to wear a blue wristband throughout your stay which is kind of remedial and ultimately pointless. Although you are given a list of rules on arrival, the guards kept adding on new rules. I was only allowed to bring a visitor between 10pm-5am unless I paid a $20 bribe to the guard. I was not allowed to swim in the pool until 8am despite other residents chatting away loudly by the pool. The guards really ruined our vacation with their surly behavior and rules. I would strongly recommend them a crash course in customer service.

Nothing but good things to say about my stay in L3. Would highly recommend staying here. The owner is very detailed and helpful.

El lugar es sumamente limpio y seguro.
Aparte de todo el bullicio de Jacó, pero excelente ubicación.

From start to finish the communication with Eric was exceptionally easy and comforting.

Upon arrival the reception at the main gate went effortlessly. The security had all our official documents and bracelets for a smooth check in.

Upon entry to the condominium all we could see was the breathtaking views of the pool and the beach areas. It was absolutely amazing and the place was fantastic. The place was FULLY equipped with everything needed. The condominium grounds are very well kept.

The pool hours and rules are clearly posted, no confusion at all. The pool was directly as you exited the C3 condominium building. The trash receptacles are located directly behind the elevator, very convenient.

Everything was super easy. Everything from the gate security, residential staff were very kind and informative. The vehicle parking area very spacious. The access to the beach secure and right out the back pool gate.

The convenience to local restaurant, supermarkets, ATM’s, local vendors and departure COVID testing were ideal.

I traveled with my best friend and three young adults they were extremely pleased with their stay.

Favorite place to stay in Jaco. Peaceful at the edge of town with a wonderful pool and incredible beach/sunset views. Next to Clarita's beach bar restaurant and a quick walk to Crocs casino. Short walk into main town. $3 taxi ride home at most. Great security and safe.

La edificación es excelente, la ubicación no tiene comparación.lástima la seguridad que es TOSCA y sin trato al cliente, sin importar si son niños pequeños o adultos mayores.

We’ve stayed here twice and both times have had a relaxing stay. The rooms are very comfortable and the pool is family friendly. Depending on the type of stay there is a complimentary breakfast. I recommend it as it was delicious.

Too many restrictions, no maintenance to to the elevator had us walk the stairs to the 4th floor multiple times.

Un buen complejo de playa. El apartamento bien equipado y espacioso. El sistema de filtrado de la piscina cada cierto tiempo bota una "baba" que parece vómito, sin embargo nos dicen que es la acumulación de protector solar. Ese punto a mejorar, de resto volvería con gusto.
