El personal más amable de toda la zona. Comida deliciosa. Y eternamente agradecida porque encontraron mi billetera, hicieron lo posible por contactarme y me la devolvieron intacta al día siguiente. Recomiendo 150%
Ya habíamos estado el año pasado, debo decir que la calidad me pareció inferior, pero aun así comimos bien. Muy lindo lugar en la playa. Servicio amable y bastante rápido.puedo recomendarlo
Comida insípida, no vale lo que cuesta, los baños estaban muy sucios. El servicio y la atención es buena.
La verdad no sé lo recomiendo a nadie la atensin es lo peor que ay la comida un asco el pollo caribeño echado a perder y tras de eso se supone que tiene que ser un sierto sabor dulce pero en cambio es un sabor amargo y el arroz insípido la sopa de mariscos insípida con unas tenazas de jaibas viejas porq estaban todas suaves y con sabor raro tras de eso no lavan los mejiyones me salieron unos con Varro por dentro la verdad es un asco y tras de eso te disen un precio y te salen con otro
While staying on the nearby camping-site Arrecife, ee had breakfast, lunches, drinks and diners here. The food is good (the Caribbean shrimps are fantastic!) and tasteful, the service personal and warm and most importantly: the beer is cold!
Only downside I can recall is that they wake up just as slowly as I do, so for breakfast, this is not te best place to be.
Great place right on the beach, perfect location with beautiful views, super friendly staff, great food, we couldn’t have asked for more, we will be back!
Que restaurante más malo.
Están en un punto estratégico en la playa, tienen todas las de ganar y lo han desaprovechado increíblemente generado malas experiencias en cada visita.
Esta vez fuimos a desayunar y TERRIBLE el servicio y la atención. Pedimos una cuchara y la mesera nos preguntó: ¿Para Qué? Y no la trajo. El pinto malísimo, el omelet lo pedimos con un hueva extra y nos trajeron un huevo frito aparte. El té y el café fríos.
Tras de todo carísimo y nos cobraron el huevo adicional en ₡1000! Es increíble lo pésimo que son.
También hemos almorzado y cenado y estuvimos dando otras oportunidades para ver si era mala suerte pero no. El restaurante es lo PEOR de la zona. Una lástima.
Perfektes Ambiente, direkt am Strand. Das Essen schmeckt fantastisch und wird frisch zubereitet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Erick and Marina are amazing. I had two stupid requests that I was almost embarrassed to ask and they smiled and granted them instantly. The place is beautiful, it is the closest you can get to the ocean in Costa Rica on the Caribbean coast. The food is amazing, the staff is just so wonderful. They make you feel like your family. I highly recommend and will be back
Our family went there for lunch today and it was delicious! Pictured is the Caribbean shrimp dish. Yaco was our server and he was amazing- helped get the grandparents settled and was very attentive to our table. The restaurant is right on the beach and is the perfect place to spend the afternoon and get some amazing food! This was the third time there for most of our party and every time has been great!
La comida estuvo bien pero el tiempo de espera fue más de una hora. Primero no nos atendieron, tuvimos que llamar a la mesera; la mesa no tenia sillas, tuvimos que ir a buscar las sillas; el tiempo de espera fue mucho.
Las instalaciones estaban limpias y la atención muy buena un lugar muy hermoso para ir a descansar y pasar buen tiempo en familia la comida muy buena.
Forget the negative reviews! This place is great, people are very friendly and the food was great too. We were staying across the street without a car so we ate 3 meals there and everything was good. Definitely recommend stopping by this restaurant!

Nous avons passé 3 nuits à punta Uva et faute de voiture et d'autres restaurants sur place nous y avons mangé 2 soirs.
C'était vraiment très bon et généreux. 2 smoothies et 2 plats très copieux pour 17000 colonès, soit environ 29$, ce qui reste très correct! D'autant plus que vous êtes dans un endroit ultra touristique où les prix grimpent très vite!
Les serveurs étaient aussi très sympathiques tout comme l'ambiance.
N'hésitez pas à y aller!
Man, there isn’t enough good things to say about Arrecife!
Yaco, our server, was absolutely top notch. Upon entering the restaurant, he saw that my grandparents needed assistance, and helped us get a table right in front of the beach while assisting them with seating. He was also extremely personable and friendly the entire visit. He definitely represents Pura Vida.
We all ordered different dishes and I had the red snapper filet with rice and beans and patacones (which are mashed plantains and increíble) and the food was so damn good! It was incredibly fresh and seasoned perfectly. Ask for the house caribeña hot sauce which is spectacular!
As for the location, you absolutely cannot find a better spot to have food and drinks right on the beautiful Punta Uva.
This place is a gem in the Puerto Viejo area and has become one of my favorites to visit each time I am here! This place rocks and definitely ask for Yaco when you come! Pura Vida!
Amo este hotel por tan cerca de la playa punta uva además las casas están bien amuebladas y equipadas
Una lastima de lugar, ubicado en la mejor playa del Caribe. Pero cada uno de los empleados logra arruinarte el rato, no les importan tus necesidades; hay una ducha muy cerca del lugar de camping, y un tipo con terrible actitud (casi agresivo) salió a gritar que no la podía usar, nos sentimos completamente rodeados de hostilidad por parte de los empleados del lugar. Las duchas son un asco, no hay privacidad para mujeres (casi parece que al propio no lo reparan).
En fin, si quieres pasarla bien, aléjate de este lugar
Lo único bueno del lugar fue la cerveza bien fría! La comida añeja, insípida y carísima en relación con la calidad. Lástima desaprovechar ese puntazo frente al mar!
