Hotel Samara Inn

Buen lugar, todo está limpio y el personal es muy agradable. El desayuno está incluido y es bueno (especialmente las tortitas).
Todo es bastante pequeño (piscina, pasillos, habitaciones,.)
El wifi tampoco funciona muy bien.

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y dan la sensación de estar en un sótano. WiFi no funciona en mi habitación. El agua de la ducha apenas se calienta. La piscina tiene un olor raro. La playa está a un largo paseo por una carretera polvorienta y transitada. El desayuno está bien.

Precioso hotel con preciosa piscina y habitaciones bien equipadas. El Bella Vista está convenientemente situado a aprox. A 500 m de la hermosa playa y lejos del bullicio del centro del pueblo pero con fácil acceso a los servicios de la ciudad de Samara.

Desayuno completo fácil y amigable con jugo, yogur, fruta fresca, té, café, huevos, frijoles/arroz, tostadas y mermelada. Una excelente manera de empezar el día.

Las habitaciones son espaciosas y tranquilas. Fácil acceso a la piscina y a alimentos, abarrotes y restaurantes.

This is a great place to stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Beautiful really, with breezy porches, workable kitchens and clean showers. There was a working A/C unit in the bedroom with the comfortable beds. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It is near anywhere you'd want to be. The coffee shop next door is amazing. They have 2 beautiful pools and friendly customers and are a block from the beach.

PESIMA! Atención de parte del propio dueño del hotel "ANGELO" fuimos insultados, maltratados y amenazados violentamente por él.
Reservamos y pagamos 2 noches. Al llegar al hotel nos dicen que nuestra reserva está cancelada sin aviso previo, porque el banco no les avisó del depósito.
Después de 2 horas en recepción reclamando, llamamos al banco y ellos corroboraron y aprobaron el depósito, pero el Sr. Angelo no le dio la gana revisar su cuenta para verificar el pago, la solución que nos dio fue que pagaramos nuevamente la estadía, de contrario llamaria a la policia.

Cero posibilidad de resolver el problema, cero empatía, cero amabilidad y un violento trato al cliente.
Precenciamos matratato laboral a una de sus trabajadoras, insultandola y desconfiando de su gestión que por cierto fue muy amable y dispuesta.
Fuimos tratados como estafadores, perdimos tiempo de nuestras vacaciones y perdimos dinero.
Este tipo de empresario está obsoleto y hace daño al turismo, no suma a nadie.

Great option for a quaint place and wanting good service. Call ahead for special requests and they will accommodate!

We had a problem with our Airbnb and had to relocate quickly. They've been amazing and accomadated us last minute! Breakfast was delicious as well and employees are amazing! Gracias!

Un hotel regular, el desayuno no estaba fresco, la fruta vieja y el café rechinado. En la recepción nos dijeron una cosa y al día siguiente otra. Las instalaciones están bien, pero no para el precio que estaban pidiendo. La verdad no volvería

The managers, here, were intelligent and interested in being helpful and kind. The rooms and pool were lovely. Extremely clean.

Great view but sadly a bit of a walk to the beach, although you can rent golf carts, buggys or atvs pretty much everywhere in Sámara. Service was great and the rooms weren't bad. The wifi isn't the best but it does work and the pools are great. Breakfast is alright but you can only choose between rice and beans with fried/scrambled eggs or cereal, which is a bit lame after 2 days. All in all a pretty good hotel but if you want to spend time at the beach you should probably take a hotel, a little closer.

Acogedor, pequeño, lindo. Apartado del bullicio del centro pero lo suficientemente cerca para caminar.

Nous avons profiter d'un endroit tranquille près de la plage la piscine est superbe le personnel courtois et généreux sont présents à nos demande. Le propriétaire est d une gentillesse et je recommande cet hôtel à samara un prix compétitif pour la qualité et pour la propreté notre séjour était parfait merci à tous et j'espère vous revoir Gaston Desrosiers

Excelente lugar, esta suficientemente lejos del centro como para no estar en medio del ruido y el gentío pero no tan lejos como para caminar al pueblo a probar los platillos de los restaurantes locales.
Estiven es un excelente recepcionista y muy amable

This hotel is absolutely amazing on all levels.the staff are so helpful and impeccable in client care. They take such pride in keeping everything immaculate and do it with a smile.the chef Janet cooked fish I had caught, it was incredibly cooked and presented.she takes such care and pride in everything she makes.the property is impeccably maintained. I can't stress enough the truly wonderful 3 weeks I spent there. I have already booked for next year

Friendly staff, decent rooms. After checkout, I accidently left my Apple Airpods in my room. I am 100% certain of this as this was the last place I used them. Later in the day when I inquired about them, the cleaners informed the staff they were never found. Not cool.

Very nice, calm rooms outside of the main area. Decent value.

Owner/ manager however, was very unhelpful and not friendly at all.

Wifi is really bad. Last rooms don't even receive it and they knew about that already.

This hotel is super clean and the owner is there everyday even working himself. He knows multiple languages fluently and loves to get to know and please his guests. The entire staff is friendly and hard working. The internet was having issues but an entire new system is being installed today. Breakfast is good and I love the location. Quiet area but close to the beach, mini mart, and restaurants. I will return. Feb 18,2023

The rooms were clean but found it strange that we had to ask them to clean the room after 1 week. Breakfast was good and simple and they accomodated for vegan. They started having dinners but did not offer anything vegan so went to eat elsewhere. The pools were refreshing. Good walk to downtown Samara and beach. We rented a golf cart for our 12 days there. Beach was fantastic. Bring your american money.

Hotel bonito y bien cuidado, a un buen precio y con las amenidades básicas para estar tranquilo, un poco alejado del centro lo que hace que sea tranquilo y se duerme muy bien, un buen desayuno, acorde al precio y al lugar.
